【新唐人2014年11月28日訊】日前有媒體披露，眾多與中共被查貪官有關聯的大陸富豪，藏身在香港四季酒店。而經常出沒於四季酒店的「超級掮客」蘇達仁，被這些富豪們視為救星，飯局不斷，直到今年3月落網。分析指出，上通高官的蘇達仁落網，說明他背後的江派勢力已經不行了。
據大陸《騰訊網》財經欄目「稜鏡」與香港《蘋果日報》日前報導，由於熟識的官員涉腐被查，為了躲避有關部門的協助調查，不少大陸富豪選擇逃往香港。香港的四季酒店，已經成為這些富豪的避風港。
報導說，今年初，山西窩案爆發，眾多山西籍老闆入住四季酒店。原江西省委書記蘇榮落馬，又有一批江西富商入住。他們稱四季酒店為「望北樓」，意思是望著北方，等待歸期，而這些富豪們見面的開場白往往是：「你的案子怎麽樣了？」
時事評論員藍述：「中共高層一直在講反腐永遠在路上，既然永遠在路上，就不斷的有一些貪官面臨自身不保的這麼一個情況，去香港也好，或者和這些貪官有關係的富豪，到香港去找藏身之處也好，所以香港是中共官場目前很有意思的一個地方，很特殊的地方。」
報導指出，大陸富豪選擇四季酒店的最大理由是，這裏有「能人」。據稱上通高官的「超級掮客」蘇達仁在四季酒店飯局不斷，被逃港富豪視為「救星」，圍住打聽消息，請求疏通，一直到今年3月蘇達仁落網。
時事評論員邢天行：「蘇達仁是一個權力掮客，他在整個富豪、官員當中，起著一個樞紐的作用，可以說他是在中國官場一個特有的現象，這種人他手眼通天，因為中國所謂富豪，肯定都是權商勾結，才能夠致富的，所以這種人物向來都是在裡邊呼風喚雨，能起到這樣一個作用。」
一些媒體披露，蘇達仁最早在中共「解放軍藝術學院」擔任教職，積纍了大量的軍旅演藝資源，2010年，蘇達仁對外身份變成北大青鳥集團執行總裁。
報導說，蘇達仁參與了不少著名歌手的演唱會，包括盛傳與曾慶淮關係密切的軍旅女歌手譚晶的個人演唱會，北大青鳥集團董事長許振東擔任出品人，蘇達仁擔任總監製。而曾慶淮是前中共政治局常委曾慶紅的弟弟。
2011年，北大青鳥再次作為承辦單位，出現在知名山西籍軍旅歌手閻維文的演唱會中，很多黨政軍領導人出席觀看，其中包括時任中央軍委副主席的徐才厚，足見蘇達仁觸角之長。
徐才厚出席蘇達仁監製的演唱會，並不只是一個嘉賓這麼單純。有消息稱，蘇達仁曾向徐才厚輸送多位明星。
蘇達仁與中共太子黨陳元也有交集。據《財新網》報導，蘇達仁是山西煤商邢利斌在北京運作政府關係、獲取銀行貸款的大公關。去年10月，邢利斌的聯盛能源300億元債務問題浮出水面。今年3月12號，邢突然被帶走調查，同月蘇達仁被抓。據了解，這家銀行是中共「國家開發銀行」，而當時擔任行長的是中共元老陳雲之子陳元。
蘇達仁還涉及華潤創業收購江西富商熊賢忠的洪客隆超市業務，在時任江西省委書記蘇榮的牽線下，熊賢忠通過蘇達仁得以與華潤電力老總宋林認識並完成交易。此外，蘇達仁還牽線山西金業集團與華潤電力交易，促成金業集團董事長張新明與宋林結識。
宋林被指是曾慶紅在香港的重要心腹，並長期秘密支持江派代理人、香港特首梁振英。
邢天行：「蘇達仁的被抓捕，從一個側面去反映，就是曾慶紅代表的江派勢力，在目前的反腐當中，這個勢力在解散當中，而他自己也處於已經是被限制的這樣一個狀態。未來的發展局勢，其實大家也都在拭目以待。」
時事評論員藍述指出，香港是中共江系長期經營的一個巢穴，在目前整個反腐的大方向直指江系的情況下，江系官員和那些與他們有關係的大陸富豪，到這個巢穴找避難所，是一個順理成章的過程。

Focus on Tycoon, Su Daren, Hiding in Hong Kong Hotel
Recently mainland media report that many mainland
tycoons related to investigation of corruption hide in the
Four Seasons Hotel, Hong Kong.
Until this March, super broker, Su Daren, who frequently hangs
about the Hotel, was regarded as the rich savior with continuous
hospitality.
It’s said Su Daren’s arrest signals that the Jiang faction behind
him is in trouble.
According to mainland Tencent financial section, Prism, and
Hong Kong Apple Daily’s recent reports, many tycoons flee
to Hong Kong to avoid assisting in the investigation of
well-known corrupt officials.
Hong Kong Four Seasons Hotel has become a haven for the rich.
Reports say that many Shanxi bosses stayed at the Four Seasons
earlier this year when news broke of the Shanxi group crimes.
Another group of Jiangxi tycoons stayed in the hotel when the
former Jiangxi Provincial Secretary, Su Rong, was sacked.
They call the Four Seasons Hotel, the “North Building", ie.
waiting for the return to the north.
These tycoons’ greeting is always “how is your case"?
Political commentator Lan Shu: “There might always be some
corrupt officials facing investigation since the Chinese
Communist Party (CCP) at senior level say the anti-corruption
is always on the road.
No matter where these corrupt officials and tycoons go, Hong
Kong is a very special place for them to hide."
It’s said that the reason the tycoons picked the Four Seasons
Hotel is because some capable people are there.
For instance, super broker, Su Daren, who can reach the senior
officials had constant banquet at the Four Seasons Hotel
and was the savior for fled tycoons.
They requested him to lobby and get information until he was
arrested this March.
Xing Tianxing: “Su Daren is a power broker and a hub among
the tycoons and officials.
It can be described as a special situation in Chinese officialdom
because the so-called China tycoons might be a result from right and
business collusion.
So these kinds of people can play such a role to call for wind or rain."
Some media report, Su Daren has accumulated a large number
of military arts resources as faculty member in the People’s
Liberation Army Arts College.
In 2010, he became executive director in Beida Jade Bird Group.
It’s said that he was involved in a lot of famous singers’
concerts, including military singer Tan Jing who was rumored
to be close to Zeng Huaizhun.
Beida Jade Bird Group chairman Xu Zhendong was executive
producer and Su Daren, senior producer.
Zeng Huaizhun is the brother of Zeng Qinghong, former member
of the CCP politburo standing committee
In 2011, many military and political leaders attended a concert
by famous Shanxi military singer, Yan Weiwen, sponsored by
Beida Jade Bird again.
Attendance by Xu Caihou, former deputy chairman, Central Military
Commission, showed Su Daren’s long reach.
Xu Caihou was not simply a guest attending the concert produced
by Su Daren.
It is said that Su Daren had introduced a number of stars to Xu
Caihou.
Su Daren also had a relationship with CCP princeling
Chen Yuan.
According to a Caixin report, Su Daren was the public relations
fixer to operate government relations and access bank loans
in Beijing for Shanxi coal supplier Xing Libin.
Last October, Xing Libin’s 30 billion yuan debt problem with
Liansheng Energy came out.
March 12, Xing was suddenly taken away and Su Daren was
arrested in the same month.
It is said that the bank involved is China Development Bank,
president of which was Chen Yuan, son of CCP big-wig, Chen Yun.
Su Daren and China Resources Enterprise (CRE) purchased the Hung
Ke Long supermarket from Jiangxi tycoon Xiong Xianzhong with
the help of Su Rong, Jiangxi Provincial Secretary.
Xiong Xianzhong clinched the deal by knowing CRE
president, Song Lin, through Su Daren.
In addition, Su Daren also helped the Jinye chairman Zhang Xinming
get to know Song Lin by the trade between Shanxi Jinye and CRE.
Song Lin is allegedly Zeng Qinghong’s important confidant in
Hong Kong, and secret long term supporter of Jiang faction
representative, H K Chief Executive, Leung Chun-ying.
Xing Tianxing: “Su Daren’s arrest reflects that the Jiang faction
represented by Zeng Qinghong, was dissolving in the current
anti-corruption.
He himself is in a restricted condition.
We are all waiting to see the future situation."
The political commentator Lan Shu mentioned that Hong Kong
is a long-standing den for the CCP Jiang faction.
It’s reasonable for Jiang faction officials and some related
mainland tycoons to find refuge in the den under the situation
of anti-corruption directed at the Jiang faction.
